Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School is committed to providing Gifted and Talented thinking tools in the classroom which serves our students according to their identified unique capabilities and needs.  Our programs focuses on academic rigor throughout the school, serving both high-achieving and at-risk gifted and talented students, populations which reflect the community, and focus on exceptionality.  Our goals include meeting the intellectual needs of all students so they can reach their highest potential, increasing the application of critical, creative, and problem-solving skills, and promoting positive social-emotional skills.
